i found the location excellent, a short walk to paddington station. this made travel around the city simple. halal food options were abundant and the nearby shops were convenient. the breakfast included fresh food.

the stairs were a little narrow, making luggage transport a bit difficult

The room was spacious and very clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions. I liked the big tv with Netflix. It was a nice touch. Breakfast was included, and that was definitely a PLUS!!!

I found the location quite convenient near Paddington station. Staff were helpful. One staff member upgraded us upon arrival. The breakfast offered hot options, like scrambled eggs, which i DEFINITELY appreciated.

The room size was a little small, especially when trying to unpack.
